This policy explains how information may be handled when you use NURSKORA. It is written to provide clear expectations about privacy, security, user responsibilities, third-party services, and the operation of the platform.

1. About This Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how NURSKORA (“NURSKORA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) may collect, use, store, protect, and disclose information when you visit our website or use the NURSKORA application and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the practices described here, please do not use the Service.

This policy is intended to work together with our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and other notices presented to customers. Where a separate agreement applies to a particular service, that agreement may contain additional terms.

2. Information We May Collect

Depending on how you use NURSKORA, we may collect information such as your name, email address, account credentials, organization or school information, teacher and student information, group information, scores and assessment records, notes, messages, support requests, uploaded files, images, audio or video, and other information you choose to enter into the Service.

We may also collect technical and usage information such as IP address, browser and device information, operating system, pages or features used, approximate activity times, error information, and other information reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you upload or enter into NURSKORA is accurate and that you have the lawful right or appropriate authorization to provide it to us.

3. How We Use Information

We may use information to provide, operate, maintain, personalize, secure, and improve NURSKORA; create reports and records; provide requested AI-assisted features; communicate with users; provide customer support; process transactions; prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access; troubleshoot technical problems; comply with legal obligations; and protect our rights, users, and Service.

We may use information to understand how features are used and to improve reliability, usability, performance, and security. Where appropriate, information may be aggregated or de-identified for analytical or product-improvement purposes.

4. AI and Automated Features

NURSKORA may provide AI-assisted features, including conversational assistance, summaries, recommendations, content generation, and other productivity functions. Information you provide may be processed as necessary to provide those features.

AI-generated output can contain errors or omissions and should be reviewed by the user before being relied upon for important decisions. NURSKORA does not guarantee that AI-generated content will always be complete, accurate, current, or suitable for a particular purpose.

5. Teacher, Student, and Organization Data

NURSKORA is designed to help educators manage information about schools, groups, students, assessments, scores, and performance. If you use NURSKORA on behalf of a school, organization, or another person, you are responsible for having the appropriate authority and permissions to enter, upload, or manage that information.

Users should avoid entering sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for the Service and the user is authorized to do so. Where applicable, administrators and organizations may control access to information within their organization.

6. Communications and Customer Support

If you contact us by email, live customer service, forms, chat, or other support channels, we may retain the communication and related information so that we can respond, provide support, maintain service records, and improve customer service.

Customers are encouraged to use the available help materials, setup instructions, videos, email support, and live customer service before making assumptions about how a feature works.

7. Service Providers and Third Parties

We may use trusted third-party providers for hosting, authentication, payment processing, analytics, communications, file storage, AI processing, customer support, security, and other infrastructure necessary to operate NURSKORA.

Those providers may process information on our behalf and may have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control the privacy practices of independent third parties, external websites, app stores, payment providers, or services that you access through links or integrations.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or misuse.

No website, application, database, cloud service, or transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee absolute security of information. Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials and for notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

We may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, meet legal or regulatory requirements, and protect our legitimate business interests.

Where deletion is requested and legally or technically possible, we may delete or de-identify applicable information. Some information may need to be retained for legal, security, accounting, backup, fraud-prevention, or other legitimate purposes.

10. User Responsibilities and Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, using the Service lawfully, and ensuring that your account and uploaded information do not violate applicable laws or the rights of others.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the Service, introduce malicious code, scrape or systematically extract data without authorization, reverse engineer protected portions of the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it, or use NURSKORA to violate another person’s privacy or rights.

11. Intellectual Property and User Content

NURSKORA and its software, branding, interface, design, documentation, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and remain the property of their respective owners.

You retain your rights in content you lawfully submit to the Service, subject to the permissions necessary for us and our service providers to host, process, transmit, back up, display, and otherwise provide the Service to you.

12. Service Availability and Changes

We may modify, update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features or portions of the Service from time to time for maintenance, security, technical, business, legal, or other reasons.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, available, error-free, or compatible with every device, browser, operating system, third-party service, or future technology.

13. Payments, Purchases, and Refunds

Purchases and subscriptions are subject to the applicable purchase terms and Refund Policy presented to customers. Before purchasing, customers are responsible for reviewing the product information, available demonstrations, explanatory videos, setup instructions, pricing, and support information to determine whether NURSKORA is suitable for their needs.

Customers may contact our email support or live customer service for questions or clarification. Any refund limitation is subject to applicable mandatory consumer-protection and other laws and does not attempt to exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NURSKORA and its owners, operators, affiliates, service providers, and personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from or related to use of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis, without warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit liability where applicable law prohibits such exclusion or limitation.

15. Legal Compliance and Disclosure

We may access, preserve, use, or disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, governmental requests, court orders, protect users or the public, investigate suspected fraud or abuse, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights, property, and security of NURSKORA and others.

16. Children and Minors

NURSKORA is primarily intended for educators, schools, organizations, and other authorized users. Where student or minor information is entered into the Service, the responsible school, organization, teacher, administrator, or other authorized user is responsible for obtaining any permissions and meeting any requirements applicable to that information.

17. International and Cross-Border Processing

Depending on the technologies and service providers used, information may be stored or processed in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we will handle such processing in accordance with applicable law and contractual or technical safeguards.

18. Your Privacy Questions and Requests

For privacy questions, requests, or concerns, contact us through the customer-support or contact method provided on the NURSKORA website. We may need to verify your identity or authority before responding to certain requests involving personal information.

19. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, technology, business practices, or applicable law. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date when appropriate.

Your continued use of the Service after an updated policy becomes effective may constitute acceptance of the updated policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.

20. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is intended to be interpreted consistently with the laws applicable to NURSKORA and its users. Where mandatory local consumer, privacy, or other laws provide rights that cannot be waived, those rights remain unaffected.

This Privacy Policy should be read together with NURSKORA’s applicable Terms of Service and Refund Policy. If you have a question about how a particular feature handles information, please contact NURSKORA support before using that feature.
